Myositis is an inflammatory disorder of skeletal muscle that may be genetic or due to infection, immune dysregulation or toxins, Anti Mi-2 antibody has high specificity for DM, and its positive rate in adult DM is 11%~59%. Anti Mi-2 antibody is associated with specific skin rash of dermatomyositis. Generally speaking, the prognosis of patients with Mi-2 positive myositis is better. Anti Ku antibody exist in sera of patients with connective tissue diseases such as systematic lupus erythematosus (SLE), mixed connective tissue disease, undifferentiated connective tissue disease, systemic sclerosis (SSc) and PM, especially with myositis. Anti Ku antibody has high specificity for SSc combined with PM. The target antigen of anti PM-Scl antibody is mainly located in the granule part of the nucleolus. Although the positive rate of anti PM-Scl antibody is not high, it only exists in PM, SSc and overlap syndrome of PM and SSc. Patients with anti PM-Scl antibody overlap syndrome need lower hormone doses, most of them have good prognosis. The positive rate of anti SRP antibody in different types of idiopathic confirmatory myopathy is quite different. The total positive rate is 4%~5%, and the positive rate in adult PM and DM is 8%~13%. Serum creatine kinase levels are markedly elevated, and treatment is ineffective. Anti Jo⁃1 antibody, anti PL-7 antibody, anti PL-12 antibody and anti EJ antibody all belong to the anti ARS series, and myositis patients with positive anti ARS antibody are generally diagnosed as having anti synthetase antibody syndrome (ASS), the positivity of antibodies in this series varies widely, with the highest positivity for anti Jo⁃1 antibody and low positivity for several other anti ARS antibody. Anti Ro-52 antibody can be seen in SLE, primary Sjogren's syndrome, neonatal lupus erythematosus, subacute skin lupus erythematosus and other diseases, especially in subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus and neonatal lupus erythematosus. They are considered to be the markers of the two subtypes of lupus erythematosus.
