External dimensions:<66.55cm*66cm*52cm The chemiluminescence immunoanalyzer consists of two parts: immune response system and chemiluminescence analysis system. The chemiluminescence analysis system uses the chemiluminescence material to form an excited state intermediate through the catalysis of catalyst and oxidation of oxidant. When the excited state intermediate returns to the stable ground state, it emits photons (hM) at the same time, and uses the luminescence signal measurement instrument to measure the quantum yield. The immune response system refers to the direct labeling of luminescent substances (the formation of excited state intermediates in response to the reaction agent) on antigens (chemiluminescence immunoassay) or antibodies (immunochemiluminescence immunoassay), or the action of enzymes on luminescent substrates. The core detector in the chemiluminescence immunoanalysis instrument is the photomultiplier tube (PMT), which is detected by single photon and transmitted to the amplifier, and amplified by high-voltage current. The amplifier converts the analog current into digital current, and the digital current transmits the luminescence signal to the computer by R232 data line and calculates it, so as to obtain clinical results.
