The specificity of CK in the auxiliary diagnosis of myocardial infarction was higher than AST and LDH. Creatine kinase consists of two subunits M and B to form three dimers - CK-BB, CK-MB, and CK-MM. CK-MB mainly exists in the myocardium, so it is clinically recognized as an important indicator for the diagnosis of myocardial infarction and the determination of myocardial necrosis, and is one of the important clinical myocardial enzyme spectrum indicators. LDH1, LDH2, LDH3, LDH4 and LDH5 are the most isozyme forms of lactate dehydrogenase in human myocardium, kidney and red blood cell, LDH1 and LDH2 are increased, and LDH1/LDH2>1 is seen in acute myocardial infarction, hemolytic anemia and other diseases. Cardiac fatty acid binding protein is a new type of small cytoplasmic protein abundant in the heart. It is highly heart-specific, but is also expressed at low concentrations in tissues other than the heart. HFABP may be detected in the blood as early as 1 to 3 hours after the onset of chest pain, peak at 6 to 8 hours and return to normal plasma levels within 24 to 30 hours after the onset of myocardial ischemic injury.
