Inflammation Status Monitoring Test Kit

Inflammation is the defensive response of living tissue with vascular system to injury factors. It is what people says at ordinary times “inflammation”, it is airframe to stimulate a kind of defensive response, the expression is red, swollen, hot, painful. Vascular response is a central part of the inflammatory process. Inflammation Status Monitoring  plays an important role in clinical practice.

Inflammation is the defensive response of living tissue with vascular system to injury factors. It is what people says at ordinary times "inflammation", it is airframe to stimulate a kind of defensive response, the expression is red, swollen, hot, painful. Vascular response is a central part of the inflammatory process. In general, inflammation is beneficial and the body's automatic defense response, but sometimes it can be harmful, such as an attack on the body's own tissue, inflammation in clear tissue, and so on. Albumin/globulin (A/G) plays an important role in clinical practice. The normal value of A/G is 1.5-2.5:1. An increase in A/G may be due to A rise in albumin caused by overnutrition diseases, or A deficiency in immunoglobulin (antibodies). Or due to an increase in globulin: an increase in antibodies caused by infectious diseases. AAG is a major reactive protein in acute inflammation, which is obviously related to the immune defense function, but the detailed mechanism remains to be clarified. In inflammatory diseases, α 1-antitrypsin can enter the tissue fluid through capillaries, and the concentration is often high in the inflammatory area, which has a limited effect on acute inflammatory diseases. CER is also an acute reactive protein. Plasma CER increases with infection, trauma, and tumors. Hypersensitive C-reactive protein (HS-CRP) is a kind of C-reactive protein in plasma, also known as hypersensitive C-reactive protein. The clinical guidance of hypersensitive C-reactive protein is mainly shown in cardiovascular diseases, neonatal bacterial infection, kidney transplantation and other aspects. Globin is another acute phase reactive protein. When the body is in a state of stress, the blood binding globin is significantly increased, such as myocardial infarction, tumor, inflammation, trauma, infection and other pathological states, and the application of some hormones, such as corticosteroids and androgens, the serum content is often significantly increased, and is related to the severity and prognosis. PCT is a protein that is elevated in plasma during severe bacterial, fungal and parasitic infections, as well as sepsis and multiple organ failure. PCT is not elevated in autoimmune, allergic and viral infections. Localized limited bacterial infection, mild infection, and chronic inflammation do not cause it to rise. Bacterial endotoxin plays an important role in induction. SAA is an acute phase protein and binds to plasma high density lipoprotein (HDL). Clinical studies now focus on SAA types during acute responses to inflammatory diseases. It remains to be determined whether SAA has any advantage in the diagnosis of acute inflammatory diseases as compared to the well-established acute phase protein -CRP.
