Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) is a highly specific and sensitive tumor marker for primary liver cancer. When it is greater than 500ug/L or the content keeps rising, it is more meaningful. AFP is closely related to the occurrence and development of liver cancer and various tumors. It can show high concentration in various tumors and can be used as a positive detection index for various tumors. At present, it is mainly used as a serum marker of primary liver cancer in clinic for the diagnosis and curative effect monitoring of primary liver cancer. Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) is an acidic glycoprotein with the characteristics of human embryonic antigen and exists in endoderm cells.
